Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ECI Studio (“ECI Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our websites and services, including RevenuePack and our AI chatbot and AI call-answering products (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Information you provide. Business name, your name, email address, phone number, website URL, and the details you share when you sign up, purchase, or contact us.
Payment information. Processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
Communications data. When our AI services answer your calls or messages, we process the content of those interactions — including caller phone numbers, call duration, recordings or transcripts where applicable, and captured lead details — so we can deliver the service and send you your leads.
Usage and device data. Log data, approximate location, device and browser information, and analytics about how the Services are used, including via cookies and similar technologies.
Information from integrations. Data from third-party services you connect (for example, telephony and messaging providers) that is needed to operate the Services.

How we use information

To provide, operate, personalize, and improve the Services.
To answer your calls and messages, qualify visitors, and deliver captured leads to you.
To process payments, manage your account and billing, and provide support.
To send you service, transactional, and (where permitted) marketing communications.
To maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Notifications

We deliver the leads your AI captures by email, and — only if you switch them on — by push notifications to the devices where you have installed the dashboard. To send a push notification we store the subscription your browser issues us (an endpoint address and two encryption keys) along with a short description of the device. You can switch push off at any time in your dashboard settings or in your browser, which deletes that subscription. We never send marketing by push.

The Services do not send SMS/text messages. Your AI phone number can still receive texts from your own customers, and those appear in your dashboard, but nothing in the Services sends a text message to you or to them.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

Service providers. Vendors that help us run the Services (for example, hosting, payment processing, telephony, push delivery, analytics, and AI processing), under contracts that limit their use of the data.
Legal and safety. When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ECI Studio, our customers, or others.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not function without them.

Data security & retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@ecistudio.com.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
