Terms of Service

Effective July 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites and services of ECI Studio (“ECI Studio,” “we,” “us”), including RevenuePack and our AI chatbot and AI call-answering products (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

The Services

We provide software and done-for-you services that help local businesses capture and respond to leads — including an AI website chatbot and an AI phone receptionist that answers calls, captures caller details, and sends them to you. Features may change over time.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business.

Fees, billing & cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices are as shown at signup.
Usage-based charges (for example, calls answered beyond an included allotment) are billed in arrears on your next invoice.
You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

Text messaging

By providing a mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive service and lead-related text messages from us or through the Services. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to contact your own customers through the Services and for complying with applicable messaging and calling laws (including TCPA and carrier requirements).

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

break the law or infringe others' rights;
send spam, scams, or unlawful, harassing, or misleading communications;
reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Services or interfere with their operation.

Your content & data

You retain ownership of the business information and content you provide. You grant us the license needed to operate the Services for you (including training your AI on your business details and processing calls and messages). Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

AI-generated responses

Our AI features generate responses automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. They assist your business but are not a substitute for professional judgment; you are responsible for how you use captured leads and information.

Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties (for example, payment, telephony, messaging, and AI providers). Their terms and availability may affect the Services, and we are not responsible for third-party acts or outages.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, calls, or business results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ECI Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify ECI Studio from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law (including messaging and calling laws).

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for the operational or legal reasons described here.

Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the effective date above. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
