The posted price list
Prices on the wall,
like a proper shop.
Every install is a flat, one-time price: quoted in writing, done on a scheduled date, covered by a 90-day warranty. A $250 deposit holds your date; the balance is due when it works. No hourly meter. No subscription traps. The only monthly bill we offer is the service plan — and that one mails you a timesheet to prove its keep.
The Front Desk
$1,500 flat
Your phone and website, answered around the clock.
- —Answers your phone and your website chat 24/7 — nights, weekends, when you're under a sink.
- —Takes the message, books the job, and texts you every lead the moment it lands.
- —Never sick, never on vacation, never lets one ring go to voicemail.
The Follow-Up Hand
$900 flat
Every estimate chased until it's a yes or a no.
- —Follows up on every quote you send — politely, repeatedly, until there's an answer.
- —Sends the thank-you and the review ask after every finished job.
- —Keeps a plain list of who said yes, who said no, and who went quiet.
The Paperwork Hand
$1,200 flat
Voicemails and scribbled notes become typed paperwork.
- —Turns voicemails, photos, and notes into typed quotes, invoices, and job records.
- —Files everything by customer so you can find it in ten seconds.
- —Ends the Sunday-night paperwork pile.
The Google Hand
$750 flat
Get found. Look right. Answer every review.
- —Sets your Google Business Profile straight — hours, photos, services, posts.
- —Drafts a reply to every review in your voice, good ones and rough ones.
- —Fixes the basics on your website so the phone rings more.
The Night Watchman
$600 flat
Somebody minds the store while you sleep.
- —Watches your reviews, your website, and your phone line overnight.
- —Flags anything that needs you — a bad review, a site outage, a missed call.
- —Leaves a short plain-English report waiting with your morning coffee.
The Second Set of Eyes
$800 flat
A weekly plain-English read of your money and your jobs.
- —Reads the systems you already use and writes you one page a week: what came in, what went out, what's stuck.
- —Spots the slow payer and the job that's quietly losing money.
- —No new software to learn — it reads, you decide.
The Shop Visit
$149 flat
We come to you, walk the operation, leave a written quote.
- —One of us at your counter, not a video call.
- —We watch how the work actually flows and find the chore worth automating first.
- —You keep a written quote — and the $149 comes off any install you book within 30 days.
Custom work
$300 – $2,500 flat
If the chore that eats your week isn't on this wall, we quote it flat anyway — sized to fixed tiers, never by the hour. Tell the estimator what you want handled and it writes the price while you watch. If we can't do it honestly, we'll say so.
The Service Plan
$199/month
The maintenance contract, same as your furnace has.
- —We keep every hired hand tuned, patched, and working — if it breaks, we fix it.
- —A printed monthly timesheet: every call answered, every follow-up sent, every hour saved, in plain English.
- —Priority call-out — you call, a person from here answers.
- —First month included with any install. Cancel any time; your installs keep working.
